01 The Story

About Me

Hi! My name is Camryn, and I started my fitness journey 4 years ago.

I played soccer from middle school all the way up until college. But when the pandemic hit, I completely stopped working out and somehow made Wendy's almost an everyday occasion. During 2020, with these habits, I put on some fat. I was unhappy with the way I looked and the way that I felt.

“Enough is enough.” I locked in and never looked back.

So when Jan. 2021 came around, I said “enough is enough” and I locked in and never looked back. I started out by shredding off that fat to get in shape for my next season of soccer and ended up dropping 20lbs. I was left very lean and absolutely crushed that season (it helps being very lean for soccer). But I was lowkey looking forward to when my soccer career ended so I could actually start putting on some muscle mass!

As soon as I was done with soccer, I started my first bulk, and since then, I have put on roughly 30lbs of muscle through my dedication to lifting weights and utilizing my calorie & protein intake through seasons of bulking (putting on weight) and cutting (shredding the fat). Over the years, my journey in the gym has evolved into a love and passion for powerlifting and becoming the strongest & healthiest version of myself that I can be!

Overall 10/10, I loved loved loved working with Camryn!! I gained a lot of muscle and was able to shed off fat. More confidence in my lifts, especially after relating to her with having super long legs when squatting. Camryn was great at responding back to messages in a timely manner, always gave great feedback, and never sugarcoated things. It was my first time following a split for more than a month before switching it lol and that is what gave me results!

After completing physical therapy after I had ACL surgery on my knee, I decided to pursue a Personal Trainer. I had heard of Camryn's work through a mutual friend and saw her Instagram and how dedicated she was, and also how funny and fun her personality was, I knew that we would get along and that she would be able to help me attain my goals. We've been working together for about seven months and I can't tell you how grateful I am for all of her help and guidance. My body has transformed so much from being weak and uncomfortable going up and down stairs, now I'm running 5K's and lifting twice as much weight as I ever ever have before.
